TMP103EVM: TMP103EVM software unable to launch in Windows 7 Machine

Hi,

I have got the TMP103EVM and installed the software from the CD disk provided in the kit.

Also I installed Labview runtime engine from NI.com

After successful installation and restart the machine, launch TMP103EVM still it gives Labview runtime engine error and asking me to install the sofware or contact support center.

Please do the needful

Hi Peri,

That must have been frustrating for you. Unforunately, the CD that provided in the kit was developed back in 2008 using older version of LabVIEW. I just updated the software a few weeks ago. I would suggest you to download the latest software below.

I have uninstalled completely that I installed from CD.

Now I did the installation of the software you referred above. Even after I installed the GUI you referred, I get the same error I get before. Something is really wrong with the GUI software and additional NI software requirement. If you want to arrange any team viewer or Skype screen sharing I can make that immediately. I would like to have someone from US to support this issue to match the time zone differences. So that I don't need to wait too long to get the update or support.
