TMP116: Long-term stability(life span) under high humidity(80%)

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask TMP116?

We would like to know long-term stability(life span) under high humidity(80%).
In this case, do you have any data?
Or, is high humidity no effect for Long-term stability(life span)?

    Hi Matsumoto-san,

    All TI products are put through a series of qualification tests prior to release. In order to qualify for release, the device must meet datasheet specifications after enduring the stress of the qualification test. In the TMP116 datasheet, there is a note about Long Term Stability which references 300 hours at 150C. This is our accelerated aging qualification test. Another qualification test that TMP116 passed was 96 hours at 130C and 85% RH.
