    Hi Bonnie,

    TMP512, TMP513 Local + 2/3 Remote Temperature and Digital Current Shunt Monitor
    ADS1118 16 bit, 4 channel ADC with Local Temperature
    Several devices under "Monitoring and Fan Control" such as AMC80 have Local Temperature + ADC + Fan PWM.

    I'm not aware of a device with more than 1 temperature channel combined with ADC channels.

    Can you tell us more about the application?
