I'm looking for temperature sensor which can sense temperature of the hot drink, can you please suggest me any temperature sensor which can be used with food contact,

What accuracy are you looking for?
I would recommend checking out the TMP117 digital sensor. This is our most accurate sensor.
You will also need to build a probe for this application.

BTW, if you want a through hole package, consider LMT01 as an alternative.
