AFE5812EVM: Simplest way to drive 1-MHz Ultrasonic transducer

Hello,

Could you please advice on a simplest way to drive 1-MHz Ultrasonic transducer.
The transducer in question is www.steminc.com/.../piezo-ceramic-disc-10x2mm-r-215-khz

We need to send occasional pulse (1-5 cycles) to the transmitting transducer and then to catch the echo on receiving transducer connected to AFE5812EVM.
The transmitting pulse shall also trigger the data capture on AFE5812EVM + TSW1400EVM combo.

Hi Igor,

We have one TX solution (TX517), and one T/R switch (TX810) in addition to our AFE58xx devices. Panametric's 5900PR is also another option you can explore regarding testing ultrasonic transducers.
