AFE5851: the input range and frequency drift problem

The circuit was designed referring to datasheet and EVM Board. The following problems are found during the testing process:

1) the AFE5851 input range is small

Signal source output 400 KHZ sinewave, amplitude at 0.75 Vpp, samples the data 2048, frequency conversion is right. if decrease the amplitude,sampling value has corresponding change, while increase the amplitude, this will be overflow.

2) input range varies with frequency

The output frequency of the signal source is down to 200kHz and 100kHz. The amplitude of the overflow is smaller and smaller, which cannot be reached 1Vpp that the datasheet noted.
