TDC7200: Not getting correct output

Part Number: TDC7200

Hello,

I have got custom board made for tdc7200. Controller interface if STM32 with TDC7200.

1. Able to read/write internal register of TDC7200.

2. configuration set is CONFIG1 =0x03 , CONFIG2 =0x40 for TDC7200, INT_STATUS = 0x03,

3. start, stop and tof is generated from controller. TOF value from 10 uSec to 100 usec for testing.

able to get trigger logic from TDC7200 after send byte CONFIG1=0x03 for start measurement in MODE 2. And reading register value after 10usec without implementing INTB.

  • Hello Mohammad,

I'm not sure I understand what incorrect output you are seeing. To clarify, the trigger output is being sent properly, correct? After that are you saying that the INTB does not go low to signal the end of the measurement? Or that the value you read from the TDC7200's registers does not match the time between the START and STOP signals?

    Regards,
