PGA460: GUI connect to EVM Issue

Hello Team

Customer use the latest GUI and when they connect EVM will have issue error. The following is error information. Please help review it and give the solution about it. Thanks.

    Which version of the PGA460 GUI is the customer using? The latest version available online is 1.0.1.4. Can you copy and paste the Details dropdown of the error?

    The background indicates the customer may be trying to use the GUI in "External IO-Pin Only" mode. When the GUI first starts, does the Block Diagram page or OWI Evaluation page first appear? To reset the GUI startup/initialization mode, navigate to "Edit -- > GUI Initialization Mode --> BOOSTXL-PGA460 (Standard)". Once the initialization mode is changed to the standard mode, does the error clear?

    To use the "External IO-Pin Only" feature, ensure the customer must update the MSP-EXP430F5529LP firmware by navigating to "File --> Flash Program --> MSP-EXP430F5529LP", then select the "boostxlpga460-firmware.bat" file. Without this firmware update, the OWI Evaluation page will be non-responsive.
