TDC1000: Not receiving a Start signal

Hi,

I am trying to use the TDC1000 with the Arduino Uno, which has the Atmega328p MCU. I am currently only using these two devices and not the TDC7200. My problem is I am not receiving a start signal from the TDC1000. The Arduino is sending a trigger signal to the TDC1000 and by measuring the 1Mhz ultrasonic transducers that are also attached to the TDC1000, there is a Tx and Rx signal from the transducers. The enable pin on the TDC1000 is also pulled high. Could you help me figure out the reason why I am not receiving a start and stop signal.

Lawrence,

The enable pin should not be pulled high right from the beginning.

Please note the sequence, the device should be powered on, then after a short delay the EN pin should be toggled to Low to High to put the device in ready mode.

We cannot connect the EN pin with the power pin and have is high always.
