Hello there.

Past several times, I tested TDC1000, TDC7200 and MCU controlling. Today I met very quirky behaviour with

TDC1000 IC. Actually, I achived to work TDC1000 and TDC7200 with MCU (MSP430FR6972) together on my design.

Today, I detected that SPI MOSI signal collapse after that several time when system working and after that, (because this) TDC7200 cannot start new measurement.

I searched this event deeply and found that TDC1000 needs reset after several time. If some times MCU resets and reconfigures TDC1000 there is no this event, but else, after

several time SPI MOSI signal will collapse and TDC7200 cannot perform new measurement...

Any idea?

is TDC1000 need reset after every measurement? Is tehere a saturation on compin etc?

What is relation between TDC1000 reseting and SPI line collapsing?

I also encountered another unwanted behaviour;
when interrrupt comes from INTB pin, some times (not whenewer), I read INT STATUS register but there is only emty interrupt status (it equal to zero)

I could not replicate your fails in our lab here. Please send me a schematic & plots of START/STOP/COMPIN at the time of regular operation & at saturation.
