FDC2214: Using FDC2214 and LDC1101 together for proximity sensor.

Part Number: FDC2214

I have made a custom board with FDC2214 and LDC1101 inside.

I am trying to use LDC1101 and FDC2214 simultaneously by attaching different sensors.

When I activate only FDC2214, the proximity sensing works.

However, when I activate both LDC101 and fDC2214, the proximity sensing for both does not work.

No line is shared between LDC1101 and FDC2214, but this happens.

Why is this happening?

  • Hello,

If the sensors are too close, their resonant frequencies may be interfering with each other. Please also double-check that your power supply can support both the LDC1101 and the FDC2214 running simultaneously.
