Which case trigger the auto calibration if no action taken with the register?

Or the chip auto calibration after boot up?

    Please let me know if you would like to know which register to be used for the auto calibration.

    The results from the calibration measurements are stored in the CALIBRATION1 and CALIBRATION2 registers. Please refer to section 8.4.1 in datasheet for more details
