I have a board circuit connection reference AWR1243boost

but when i connect USB ，computer can not detect the XDS110 ports？

Is there any solution?

Do you have CCS or XDS Emulation drivers installed on your computer?

You can download Code Composer Studio (CCS) from here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Download_CCS

During the installation process, make sure to select the "mmWave Device Support" option when installing the device drivers.

CCS has been installed but the computer still can't detect the port.
Do i need to download the firmware??

The firmware can only be downloaded after your computer has detected the device and can be seen in Windows Device Manager.

Are you using a custom board? There could be a problem if you did not include all of the TI devices on your board.
