I want to use the IWR1443 for gesture recognition. I want to know if IWR1443 has other advantages besides other gesture recognition IC than distance.

    Hello,

    Are you referring to other gesture recognition sensor technologies? If yes, a key difference with mmWave radar sensors is they do not need line of sight. Optical based sensors need to be exposed to see the hand making the gesture. In contrast, mmWave sensors can be embedded behind encasing such as plastic, glass, or drywall.
