  • Hello,

Can you please confirm if you see similar issue when you load the .xer4f file provided as part of SDK.

This will help us know if the file compiled by you has the issue vs the device loading mechanism.

    Thank you
    Vaibhav
  • In reply to Vaibhav Mahimkar:

    Hello,

Yes this is caused by the default .xerf file provided in SDK. It builds fine but issue is during loading it.

  • Hi Prudvhi,

Can you confirm you are using IWR1443 ES3.0 or ES2.0 Silicon?

Can you confirm you have flashed the board with the ccs_debug firmware? Instructions for running the board in debug mode are available here: dev.ti.com/.../

    Cheers,
    Akash

    Hello,

My chip has 964FC hence it is ES3.0. After your suggestion I flashed "xwr14xx_ccsdebug_mss" using Uniflash which went succesfully. I next tried loading xer4f file but am unable to load. Is there anything else I am missing.

    Regards,

Can you confirm you have configured your .ccxml configuration correctly for IWR1443? What have you specced for your debug probe?

Can you also confirm what jumper settings you are using when you are doing this?

    Cheers,

  • In reply to Akash Gondalia:

    Hello,
I have followed the steps given in users guide which is just selecting the device IWR1443. CCS connects well to the device but not load. I am using the Flashing mode jumpers are ON for bit SOP0 and SOP2.

    Regards,
    Prudhvi Sagar
  • In reply to Prudhvi Sagar:

You'll need only the SOP0 on after flashing the board. Please follow directions in the user guide, dev.ti.com/.../
