Hi team,

WEBENCH tool hanged up at the following pc screen when starting the inductive sensing design.

I use Google Chrome and the coil designer has no problem.

****Our customer inquired the following requirement.****

Hi there, I'm trying to use the Webench online design tool. When I go to open a design for one of the solutions listed for LDC1614 (ie. the second design down) at webench.ti.com/.../index.cgi it loads a blank white page. I've tried different browsers, Flash is up to date, and confirmed the URL isn't being blocked. Is there something I'm doing wrong or any specific browser/version of Flash that needs to be used?

    Yoshwa,

    Unfortunately, as Flash as a platform is going to be sunset in 2020 (worldwide, by Adobe), and by TI in 2019, we are sun-setting this tool.

    There will be no support for this tool and we will be taking this tool and all  its entry points down ASAP.
