Installed sensing solution evm GUI, but evm-no connected. Tried to install the driver but didn't find it. I tried to install Firmware upgrade, but nothing happened. What you need to do to connect to FDC2214EVM.

Was in Windows as an administrator, but it did not help.

there is no resistor R16 =0 on the crystal oscillator leg. Is it wrong?

The drivers are located in:

C:\ti\Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.9.4\EVM Driver

You can update the drivers using "Device Manager".

Please do not try updating the firmware with the GUI. Fortunately, if the USB drivers were not installed correctly, then you likely did not do anything.
