My customer is referencing the AWR1843 EVM and would like to know how you imported the antenna into Altium Designer?

Hi Mitchell,

There are a few import and export options available for different CAD formats. Please see Altium support pages for more information: https://www.altium.com/documentation/15.1/display/ADES/Altium+Designer+-+((Interfacing+to+other+Design+Tools))

However, for this particular design, the antenna layout was captured manually in the Altium Designer layout tool itself after the dimensions were decided. Antenna, GCPW feed and RF BGA transition designs iteration was done in Ansys HFSS.
