TMP431: The low temperature, mid and high temperature.are all 2 degree higher than the real temperature. Do you have some ideas about the phenomenon?

Hi team,

My customer is using the TMP431 now. The low temperature, mid and high temperature.are all 2 degree higher than the real temperature. Do you have some ideas about the phenomenon? whether it is a normal phenomenon and how to improve it? Thanks.

Is this 2 degrees higher on the remote temperature, local temperature, or both?

Hi Frank,

A shift in remote temperature can be cause by the transistors N-factor differing from our expected 1.008. Please see section 8.6.9 on how to compensate by using the η-Factor Correction Register .
