  • Hi,

Were you able to flash the board with the binary before running the example?

Why are you loading 2 configuration files?

Please make sure you accurately following the steps in the user's guide

  • hi
sir, we are able to flash the board before running example.
we are loading 2 configuration files because according to the user guide first cfg file for the setting of chirp parameter and second cfg file for the calibration.
Sir, I have doubt in my cfg file . Can you provide me exact cfg file which is used in traffic monitoring?
Because I have following all steps which is given in the user guide.
    Thanks and regards

    Hi,

    1. You should only be loading one cfg file not 2.
    2. Ensure you are using the right version. The lab you have linked only works with ES2 silicon, if you have ES1 please use toolbox 2.3.0
    3. Lastly, if you didn't program the binary successfully using Uniflash the demo wouldn't work.

    Hi,

Today I tried your suggestion Conclusion is given below:

    1. I sure my board is ES2 silicon because I found (502AC ABL G1) on IWR1642 ic. But still, I got the same error.

    2. Sir, I used window10. Is this create an issue for error?

    3. Sir, may you provide working binary file and cfg file or link, for running the same GUI application and flash the board again in this way at least I will justify problem in hardware, or I did something wrong in the setup.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,

I just tried the binary and configuration file provided in the TIREX and it works fine.

    1. Please make sure you are flashing the right image and setting up the COM port in the demo GUI correctly.
    2. Try a different demo, like the demo0005-mmwave-sdk-16xx to ensure the board works fine

    Hi,

it seems you have renamed the bin file as a PDF.

Please enable file showing file name extension and disassociate .bin files with PDF viewer

    Also please note

    1. To run the demo, you have ensure you successfully load the bin, there is no point running the GUI if the binary wasn't flashed
    2. For CCS debug, you need to load the debug binary, and build both the dss and mss project, the mss project should output the bin to be loaded to flash.
