I feel sorry to know that you are having this situation. Can you confirm the EVM you are working with? It seems that the AWR1642EVM is not present in our system. Are you referring to AWR1642BOOST (www.ti.com/.../AWR1642BOOST) ?

Can you also share with me any details on this EVM? Information that can help us to provide you assistance, like when and where this is purchased? Error message before it stop working?
