Hello,
we have trouble with the LMT70 temp. sensor.
Task:
We want to measure the temperature of our heating process. The sensor is fixed on an aluminum heating plate, which rotates (3000rpm)
Heating takes place within 5 seconds from 60°C to 105°C
Cooling down within 10 seconds from 105°C to 60°C.
In total we cycle between 20°C and 110°C in a short time.
Goal:
The goal should be that the sensors measures 1,000,000 (1 million) temperature changes for our control purposes.
Description failures:
Currently the sensors drop at approx. 30,000 temperature changes.
Question:
- is the LMT70YFQT basically suitable for this application?
- what could be the reasons for the failure?
- Are there alternative ICs which can handle this?
