I've been assigned a E2E thread which the poster "believe TI will issue a free-ship code if I closed the thread". Could you check if we promised for the free-ship code?

E2E is not the proper venue for resolving this issue. E2E is for engineering, design and debug discussions, not logistical issues. You mentioned having the assistance of the CSC, and that would be the best course of action for this issue as well. Please contact the CSC agent you worked with on the previous thread, or, contact the TI Store directly: http://www.ti.com/info-store/help/ti-store-order.html .
