  • Yes, there is. I'll post the steps shortly, as that functionality is currently not working. As soon as we've fixed it, I'll post the steps.

    This would be awesome.

    Here you go.

    - From any page in E2E click your avatar in the top right corner of the page and from the pop-out menu click Settings.
    - You should be on your E2E Community Preferences page
    - On the first tab, E2E Options, the first field on the page is Nickname
    - Change this to your preferred user name. Note if you choose a name already used by another User, the system will let you know and you'll have to use a different name
    - Click Save at the bottom of the page
    - Return to E2E by clicking back twice
    - Logout and log back in

Note that it could take sometime for your change to propagate out to through the caches E2E uses globally. Or alternatively, do a hard refresh of your browser using CTRL-R and the change should be reflected.

    Thanks

    Hi William,

Is this working yet? I tried to change mine but did not work, there was no tab called e2e options or field called Nickname?

    Thanks
  • In reply to Calex36:

Sorry Calum, it's not working right now. I'll update you when it's working.

    Thanks

    Hi any advancments on this?
  • In reply to Calex36:

I was just able to update my Nickname from the Settings page and it propagated to E2E. Can you try again as described above?

  • In reply to William Traynor:

Hi when I go too setting all i see is attached,

there is no pane for nickname

  • In reply to Calex36:

Sorry, there does still appear to be an issue with timeouts between E2E and myTI. So this is still an issue. The change I was able to make today was simply luck on my part. I'll update this thread when the issue is resolved.
