Thread Ownership Broken

E2E automatic and manual thread ownership assignment is broken.

I cannot assign people to different threads. When I post to an original thread I no longer see my email associated with the thread response ownership.

    Hi William,

    Here is one thread today that I answered and for some reason it did not assign the thread to me.

    I then tried to manually assign myself to it and I received an error at the bottom left of the window saying error and to contact support.

    So I just impersonated your account and was able to successfully assign that thread to you.  We're continuing to look into it but can you see if you're able to manually assign some other threads?
