Possible to combine my old account with my new one?

Hello TI,

I need some help. I can no longer sign into my old account Ken Dillinger since I have along forgotten my email address that I used to sign-up almost 8 years (!!!!) ago. That and combined that I have been inactive for quite a while.

Is it possible to convert me back to "Ken Dillinger"  and all the lovely community points rather than the KenDillinger21 that I have been disgraced with?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

-Ken

  • Hello Ken,

Thank you for using E2E, although this is a forum for technical issues.  Please use this link to resolve your myTI.com account: https://www.ti.com/secext/docs/webform/webform.tsp .

  • Hi Ken,

Is it possible the old email address you used was <redacted> or <redacted>?

  • Hi Ken,

It has been a week, have not heard back from you, wondering if the website help link proved useful and this is now to your liking?  I'm assuming it is, so I'm marking this as Closed.  If more assistance is required, simply Reply with updated request.

    Hi Ken,

Is it possible the old email address you used was redacted or redacted?

    Hi Bill,

I need you to think really hard about this one, but fear not for I have faith in you.

My old email address is <redacted>.

And next time, don't post it without my permission regardless if it is defunct or not. You are able to reach me through my account on here.

Otherwise, good job buddy! Keep up the good work.

My apologies Ken, I've edited the previous responses to remove the email addresses.

So I now have your old and new account info. Unfortunately, system points don't transfer when I consolidate accounts. However, what I can do is merge your new account into your old account and update your old account with you new email address. That way you'd retain your old accounts points and be able to use it again, however, the 20 points on your new account would be lost.

Let me know if you'd like me to take this approach.
