Hi E2E,

When I post E2E or BU reply it, I don't receive any notification recently. How do I set it?

Maybe I click the "MUTE" from mail before, How do I cancel it?

Hi Julian,

You can unmute a thread by going to it and clicking Options on the right side of the page and choosing Unmute.

I think I turn on the item, but still no any notification or mail to me...

Could you let me know how to resolve the issue?

Hi Julian,

You clicked that my answer resolved your issue, so I'm confused. Are you receiving replies to the thread in question again? Also, make sure that there were replies made after you unmuted the thread.

Because I find the Optional and click resolve my issue first. But No fix my issue at all.

Turn on the notifications

But no notification :'<

Hi Julian,

I noted that you had notifications turned off in your profile for thread that you participate in or author. I turned that on for you. Similarly, if you want to subscribe to a forum please follow the instructions in this FAQ For related FAQs, such as managing your E2E subscriptions, please see the Getting Started FAQ.

I try to set by mysef but no find it.

I'm glad it's fixed. To change those settings, you can click on your avatar, then Profile, then scroll down to change the notification settings as desired.

But after I follow your instruction to click, I don't find item could be set.

is it something wrong from my step?

step 1. click my avatar then profile

Step 2. Just only this information on profile. No more other setting.

On that page, click on the word Subscriptions to view and change your current subscriptions.
