Hi!

Tried to add a zip code during registration for Sweden, a zip code here is always 5 digits so I tried...

"12131"

"SE12131"

"N/A"

None worked so I had to register with a UK zip code, how about you relax that rule so that people could actually register!?

  • Hi Henrik,

For Sweden, you have to enter the Postal Code with a space between the third and fourth digits.  So 12131 should be entered as 121 31.

    Hi Henrik -

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

There is an update coming in the next 2-3 weeks to the account registration page that will give you a format for these various fields - which should eliminate the guesswork.

    Best regards -
