Product, tool & software alerts not working

Not shure if I'm right here with my problem. But I try anyway as no one from TI could help so far.

History:
Until December 2018 I got Email alerts from TI almost every week. Then receiving them stopped around the 2nd of December 2018. I was already in contact with EPIC and the local TI office because of this problem.
They changed something in my TI profile and then suddenly I received an Email alert at the March 31, 2019. But that was the last one I got so far. Since then lots of datasheets and other documents changed but I got no Email alert.

So the problem is still not solved. For us it is very important to get those information.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

    Patrick,

    Please ensure you have your email notification settings set correctly.  Click on your avatar in the top right hand corner of and E2E screen and click Settings.  This will take you to your myTI settings.  On this page, click the E2E email preferences tab.  Make sure the Do not send me E2E emails is unchecked.  Below that, make sure the Send notifications is checked and a little further down, ensure the Forum posts notification choice is set to your desired notification type, either New threads only or All posts.

    Thanks for your response. Indeed "Send notifications" under "E2E notifications" was unchecked. So first of all I did check this.
    I will observe whether this does the trick.
    If it does (which I really hope) it is a bit misleading as it is under "E2E emai preferences" and has at first sight nothing to do with "Product, tool & software alert".

    Patrick,

    There are also Product, tool & software alert settings.  From E2E, click your avatar, click Settings to be taken to you myTI preferences.  On the left navigation there's a link to "Product, tool & software alerts" where you can set up alerts for specific part numbers.

    Tool & software alert is exactly was is not working (please read my first post). I already checked those settings. They all seem ok but still get no alerts any more.
    I have a lot of part numbers and tools a want to get notified. And this is quite important to me. Can you please check this with those people who are involved in those alerts.

    Hi Patrick,

    It turns out that product, tool & software alert problems is a known issue.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention, investigation of a solution will be prioritized in the new year.
