Accidentally closed a thread, Pls Reopen :E2E support

Even though the thread closed when you clicked the green button This Resolved My Issue, you can still reply to the closed thread for up to 30 days.

After 30 days with no reply, E2E threads will LOCK, then requiring a new thread to be created.
