I've been using the Sample program for a couple of years and recently unable to

After being in the sample program for approximately 2 years I am having difficulty obtaining samples and receive  a message similar to "Please remove this sample or convert to purchase for $x.xx...".
I placed a service request SR #1-4560905423 six days ago and still haven't received a reply, so not sure what's going on.

Appreciative for any helpful information someone can provide.
