AM3352: Help with Logging in

Dear Moderator:

I'm having an issue logging in using my work email.  Please do not publish this post publically.

When I attempt to change my password, the system reports that the password has been changed succesfully, but when I then attempt to log in, the system rejects me.

I've attempted to change the password 4 or 5 times now, with no success, and have been very careful to use the correct password.

Help!

    Hi David,

    Is it possible your browser is caching your password for your non-work account? Can you try logging into E2E with your work account in a private browser window as a test?

    Thanks for the suggestion, but that doesn't look like it is the issue.

    I started a Firefox private window and when I fail to log in I can reset my password, and that all works (and my work email receives a notification of the change), but then I still can't access the site.

    Might this be because I used to have access via that address to some DSP support that has been stopped: I'm wondering if there might be a clash your end.

    Can I email you and discuss further, or ask someone to check: I'm not keen to publish email addresses on the forum though.

    Hi David,

    Given that we discussed this outside of the forum and the issue is with your ti.com login, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread out in E2E. Should you have any issues with E2E after getting your ti.com login resolved, please let me know.
