Ivan Salazar of the Audio Amplifiers Forum said I should ask here. I am looking for a replacement/equivalent for STMicro TDA7309D, Digital Controlled Stereo Audio Processor with Loudness. It is an I2C controlled DP4T switch on the input with volume control and mute for stereo audio. Perhaps there is a suggestion of a two IC solution, a MOSFET switch followed by a stereo amplifier.
TI currently doesn't have an I2C controlled signal switch. The best option of devices to look at would be the TS3A5017.
I will send this post over to audio amps team for their recommendation.
