We have some questions about the SN74CB3Q3125PWR.
1. whether the input is the mosfet structure?
2. whether the input can accept higher negative voltage -2v with smaller time(20ns)?
3. What's the meaning of VIK?-1.8V.

The SN74CB3Q3125 is an NMOS series switch with a charge pump. The charge pump elevates the gate voltage of the pass transistor, providing a low and flat ON-state resistance (ron).
The recommended input voltage range for the SN74CB3Q3125 is 0V-5V.
Also note the II/OK current max is -50mA specd at VI/O < 0. What this means is that clamping diode from Vin to GND will kick in and clamp negative voltages upto -50mA max.
VIK is undershoot voltage of this device which is -1.8V when Vcc=3.6V.

If you look at the note below the Abs max ratings, the input and output voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output clamp-current ratings are observed, however for better performance, it is recommended that part functions under the recommended operating conditions.
