May we have TS3A27518EPWR  IBIS model? because the  IBIS model download from TI web is not include TSSOP package.

    Chen,

    What is the customer wanting to use the IBIS model to check?  IBIS models are not appropriate for the signal path of passive FET switches because they are not buffered.  The Input/output Buffer Specification (IBIS) model is only appropriate for the control pins of a switch. 

    The difference in package will not be an issue to model the control logic pins.
