    Michael,

    I'm not familiar with negative logic but I think you are asking for a device that will be low impedance when the control logic signal is low.

    What do you think about the TS5A4597 or TS5A3167?

    What are you connecting to either side of the switch?  Why do you need to have an active low control signal?
