[FAQ] SN74CB3Q3253: What to do with unused pins. Asking for the SN74CB3Q3253 output pin can be floating or not

Yes, You many leave unused I/O pins floating.

Why did you choose the SN74CB3Q3253 2-channel 4:1 switch? What are you doing that you have so many unused pins? 

Have you looked at a 2-channel 1:1 device like the SN74CB3Q3305 instead?  I found this on the ti.com switch search tool.
