Has TS3A5223 tps max specification due to just only tplh/tphl 0.2ns (typ) &1.8V specification on datasheet? Thank you.

Patrick,

The propagation delay of the TS3A5223 is measured at different supply voltages. Yes with Vcc = 1.8V the propogation delay is 200ps.

Why do you need to know the low propagation delay of this device?
