SN74CBTD1G125: SN74CBTD1G125DBVR part marking.

Hello!
Will be glad if anybody can explain what means P25S marking on SN74CBTD1G125DBVR item.
I've seen that can be only P25J or P25R marking.
Hope that Digi-Key did not sell me counterfeit. Also i've seen P252 marking. It seems that last symbol is factory code, but i still not find exact decoding.

Hi Alexander,

I believe this is real TI material and not a counterfeit. The last symbol on the marking for this device is designated for the wafer fab / assembly site code.

If you have the shipping label we can confirm for sure

Hello, dear Saminah!
Yes, sure there are photos for items with P25S marking, but unfortenetly items with P252 marking we've already use.

This appears to be real TI material. The Datecode marked on the shipping bag matches a shipment we sent to Digi-key earlier this year:

Now i just hear from our engineer that we receive new V25J marking item. I'll ask label photo.
But we still have a question about what all these codes means and why in datasheet indicated only P25R and P25J?

Hi Alexander,

The last symbol on the marking for this device is designated for the wafer fab / assembly site code

J or R represent different A/T sites , S represent wafer Fab code.

V is not a valid marking from anything. Can you re-check and send us the shipping label once you have it?

We already return back items with V25J to supplier. Now we can not get photos of that.
