TS3A24157: Is there SPDT it can apply voltage at NC/NO/COM when VCC=0V?

Hello,

We consider to use TS3A24157 but there is a possibility to apply voltage at NC, NO or COM pin when VCC is off.

I think TS3A24157 is not acceptable this condition. Is there alternative device to support this condition?
