or if I used 1 channel what it the sampling rate?

What is the Frequency and time for this IC??

    Hi Rathang,

    The switch bandwidth spec is covered in the datasheet table along with the frequency response curve:: 

    If you are looking for time to switch between the channels, you will look at the propagation delay specs and the fall/rise time for this part.
