Hello Team,

What is the allowable injection current value for the B2 and B1 pins of SN74LVC1G3157?

I could not find it on our data sheet.

Could you suggest it ?

    Hi Jin,

    Do you mean what is our maximum allowed input voltage/current at the I/O pins?

    There are internal esd clamp diodes from the signal path to both Vcc and ground.  This can be seen in the abs max table where the diodes will begin to conduct ~0.5V above the supply or below ground.

    This information is available in the Abs Max and recommended operating conditions table.
