Hello,

The datasheet shows that the actual rating for the ESD HBM is +/-500V.

Are you looking for a device with a higher ESD HBM rating? I would be happy to recommend an alternative device.

Hello Kate;

The end Customer use CD74HCT4053 to test in progress。 but now find ESD HBM is +/-500V;The customer thinks it should not be so low.

Is there a mistake in the specification? Is this IC ESD HBM that small?Which model do you recommend? Can P2P completely replace CD74HCT4053? Thank you.

I am checking on the ESD HBM specification for CD74HCT4053.

TMUX1133 is a recommended pin-to-pin replacement for CD74HCT4053. The ESD HBM rating for TMUX1133 is +/-2000V. Please see the comparison of the two parts below:
