The QFN package of SN74CB3Q3253 doesn't have any indication of what the internal connection is for the thermal pad. Do we recommend the customer leaves it floating, or connected to GND?

Hi Jon,
In the QFN package of SN74CB3Q3253, the thermal pad is electrically connected. We generally recommend connecting it to ground because is has the least amount of thermal resistance than leaving it floating.
