We are using TS2DDR2811 now. We can see it is LIFEBUY status on TI.COM.

Thus, Do TI have a similar part to replace it?

This thread states that "We do not have a drop-in replacement for this device. If another DDR device is required, TS3DDR4000 or TS3DDR3812 may be used. If a DDR device is not required, a suggested 8-channel 1:1 switch with high bandwidth would be SN74CB3Q3245."
