SN74CBTLV3126: Can I use this 4-channel 1:1 switch to interface 1.05 V JTAG port to 3.3 V FPGA?

Could you help confirm whether 1:1 switch can be used as a Level Shifter like the diagram below?

I have signals on the A port come from the PCH (1.05V) and the signals on the B port go to an FPGA (3.3V LVTTL). Can you confirm?

Hi Adam,

For your application, it is best if you use a level-shifter like the SN74AXC4T774.

The application block diagram you show above uses SN74CBTLV3126 as a level shifter (3V to 1V) - the way this can be achieved is by connecting 3.3V to the OE pin so that it makes 1 V high and low on signal path.
