E2E,

There’s one use scenario, VCC = 0V, IN1/2 = 0V, but VDDIO = 1.8V, what’s the leakage power for TS3D26227 in this condition?

    Hi Adam,

    as mentioned in the datasheet this device has a leakage current of max. 5 nA in the off state. With a voltage off 1.8V applied this would result in a max. 9 nW power leakage.
