TS12A12511: Maximum capacitance of C(on)

Hello TI,

In the datasheet of the TS12A12511 analog switch on page 5, table 6.5 the "COM, NC, NO ON capacitance" is mentioned but only the typical values of 60 pF is given.

Is there any information indicating what the maximum capacitance of a channel can be?

    Welcome to E2E.

    The maximum specification for channel on capacitance (Con) is not available for this device.

    What is your application for which you need a specified maximum Con? Many customers design towards typical parameters depending on the system accuracy requirements.

    What signal voltage range is needed? I would like to recommend TMUX6119, which has maximum specifications for channel on capacitance and off capacitance. Take a look and let me know what you think.

    Hello Kate,

    I'm limited by the customer component library, where the TMUX6119 is not available.

    The Supply is +5V and -5V and the input should be tolerant for +5V and -5V (input signal is smaller).

    I was looking into the TS12A12511 because it has a low Ron.
