Part Number: SN74HC4851-Q1
We are looking for 8:1 analog multiplexer which has the smallest leakage currennt with ON state in automotive grade (Q1)The following is our requirement.
・8 : 1 analog MUX/DEMUX・Smallest leakage in ON-state・Automotive grade・Temperature range -40℃ to 85℃
For example, maximum IS(on) is +/-0.5uA in -40℃ to 85℃ in SN74HC4851-Q1 but those of SN74LV4051A-Q1 is +/-1uA in -40℃ to 105℃.
It seems that IS(on) of SN74HC4851-Q1 is better than that of SN47LV4051A-Q1 but we can't see the thing of fact because the temperature range is different.
Which device can offer the smallest on-state leakage?Or do you have any other device which has small leakage current?

Both the SN74HC4851_q1 and the SN74LV4051-Q1 are the lowest IS(on) automotive quality switches we have.
The SN74HC4851-Q1 calls out a lower specs as you mention (+/-0.5uA) at 85C while the other device does not specify at the 85C temperature. I would agree with you and choose the SN74HC4851-Q1 since the datasheet calls out a lower spec.
