My customer is looking for 2:1 switch for DP AUX pins. They are requesting 3.3V power supply and low power consumption(they only need for DP AUX pins so High speed line is not necessary at this time). Do you have any recommended devices such the use case?
I'm wondering if we can recommend the following devices.
Any recommendation will be highly appreciated.
I have looked into the DP AUX standard (Page 34):
and if they are using the default speed of 1 Mbps, then either switches will work for their applications. However, if they wish to use the fast mode, also on page 34, then they will need a switch with a much higher bandwidth.
Could you tell us which data rate they will be operating the DP AUX at?
